The Malaysia International Space Adventure (MISA) will give Malaysians a taste of space exploration with authentic NASA exhibits flown in from the U.S.

With the nation’s pride in its first astronaut, Dr. Sheikh Muszaphar, and the Angkasawan programme in 2007 propelling the imagination to infinite boundaries, MISA will inspire, educate and amuse visitors of all ages.

Among the 8 major MISA exhibition pieces are:

• The Space Shuttle Flight Deck where visitors can engage in a simulated space mission and discover the process of organising a space expedition.
• The Space Station Interactive where visitors can experiment with six module racks allowing them to participate in everything from choreographing a spacewalk to repairing a solar array.

Malaysia’s premiere 4D Theatre will bring the MISA experience to its culmination with the use of 3D effects, air blasts, leg ticklers, wind, smoke, and motion seats. The 4D Theatre will bring audiences on a multi-sensory, out of this world ride with trips to the moon and landings on planets.

The sky may be the limit for some, but with MISA permanently in Melaka alongside the Eye on Malaysia, even space is no longer a frontier. Much excitement awaits with upcoming attractions and exhibition pieces continuously being included to further enhance MISA.
